Throughout the Victorian period and into the early 20th century

18ct Gold & Platinum (marked '18CT&PLAT)

with a lovely even surface

and sits at the centre of an early 20th century diamond cluster

displaying a well-centred and very attractive flash of white light against its pale blues body colour

the colour is intense and the cut of the stone is entrancing

a cross-shaped millenium mark which was applied to precious metals that entered the United Kingdom during 1999 and 2000
